‘NO TIME FOR ANYTHING ‘ THE MOST POPULAR MANTHRA OF THE ERA

Whenever I recommend a bit of yoga or meditation to my audience, there comes the answer instantly, “No time for anything”

This “no time for anything” grumbling has become so universal and knows no race, religion or gender.

The people who want to try out a bit of yoga, meditation ,Geetha chanting or Chinese language learning are hardly convinced with the 24 hours clock ticking as they have to abide with their heavy and hectic routine work schedules and overtime schemes. It is not a wonder if they chant ‘no time’ manthra incessantly for each and every lapses of their own.

Let’s imagine these aspiring busy bees are offered a strange deal. They can grab a gold coin everyday if they could reach a hilltop at a fixed time. What would happen to their time cramp? The 24 hours clock dimension would certainly be attuned to the gold grabbing effort; either they give up certain activities or speed up some activities to reach the hill top for the gold coin. If there is a will there is a way. If there is a profit there is a way. So if we learn to see more profit in Yoga, Dhyana or aerobics we would certainly tackle the 24 hour clock format.
